Licencing and registration

Imperial Fleet Management will provide licence renewals annually on all Full maintenance and Operating rentals.

We can however offer this service as a stand alone product.

Once the unit is loaded onto the WesBank system, the renewal process will be triggered 3 months in advance of the licencing falling due.

The following will be required from you:

1. Certificate of Incorporation.
2. Proxy appointment letter by the Company on a letterhead.
3. Acceptance letter by the Proxy accepting appointment.
4. Copy of the Proxy, ID document.
5. Company Business Identification Number (As per Natis).

• These would all need to be certified as true copies by a Commissioner of Oaths.
  (This needs to be an original signature.)
• This is what we call a Proxy Pack.
• This will enable us to get Licences renewed on behalf of you.
